COCCO

COCCO is a barber tool brand, not a cosmetics line. The collection is machines and the parts that keep them cutting: clippers, trimmers, foil shavers, an ionic dryer, replacement blades, straight razors, brushes and training heads. Every product here is something a barber holds in their hand.

The machines come in three families. Which one you want depends on whether you value a metal body, a full-size cordless setup or the lightest thing that will still do the job.

Veloce Pro and Hyper Veloce Pro: metal bodies, brushless motors

The Veloce Pro Clipper and the Veloce Pro Trimmer share a metal housing and a brushless motor, and both come in Matte Black, Gold, Pearl White and Matte Grey, so a clipper and trimmer pair can match on the station. The Hyper Veloce Pro Clipper and Hyper Veloce Pro Trimmer are the same idea in a louder register, offered in five finishes: Dark Teal, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red.

Brushless is the point of both. With no carbon brushes to wear away there is less heat and less vibration, and the motor keeps its speed instead of fading as the brushes go.

Veloce Lite: the cordless trio

Veloce Lite is the lighter cordless set — clipper, hair and beard trimmer, and foil shaver — in Green/White and Black/Red. Buy them one at a time, or take the Veloce Lite Combo, which puts clipper, trimmer and shaver in one box in either colourway.

For close work there is also the Impacto Micro Wet-Dry, a mini shaver with a dual head that runs wet or dry, in the same four Pro finishes. Its replacement head is stocked separately in black and white, so the machine does not sit idle when the head is done.

Blades: graphene and DLC

COCCO sells its cutting edges as upgrades, not only as spares, and each one is listed with the machines it fits. The Graphene Fade Blade fits the Veloce Pro, Hyper Veloce Pro and Veloce Lite clippers, while the Graphene F1 Blade is for the two Pro clippers. On the trimmer side the Ambassador DLC Blade covers the Pro trimmers and the Ambassador Graphene Blade covers the Pro trimmers and Veloce Lite. Check which machine you own before you order. Straight razors and single-edge blades

The T11 Folding Razor and the T15 Straight Edge Razor are the two grips barbers argue about: the folding body closes into itself for the pocket, the straight arm stays rigid in the hand. Both take the COCCO Premium Swedish Steel Blades, single-edge, a hundred to a box.

Around the chair

The Aura Vent Boar Brush uses natural boar bristles and comes in five colours; the Aura Brush Set gathers four brushes in one box. Eren and Aki are male training heads, Violet and Yuma female, all with natural hair for cutting and colour practice. Pro Grip Stickers are an anti-slip set for clippers and trimmers, and the Mobile Barber Station is a hard shell backpack for barbers who work on the move.
