Shipping and Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped by Viva Cosmetics LTD. Orders can be collected from our showroom or delivered by Speedy or Econt to a courier office, parcel locker or a delivery address.

Customers can select their preferred Speedy or Econt courier office during checkout.

Free shipping for retail customers

Valid for parcels up to 6 kg:

  • Delivery to a courier office: €3.50. FREE for orders of €50 or more.
  • Delivery to a parcel locker: €2.95. FREE for orders of €50 or more.
  • Delivery to an address: €5.90. FREE for orders of €100 or more.

Shipping terms for registered professional B2B customers

Valid for registered professional customers, including barbershops, hair salons and beauty studios.

By placing an order, B2B customers acknowledge and accept the following shipping terms:

  • Orders of €100 or more: Delivery to a Speedy or Econt courier office is FREE.
  • Orders below €100: Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Delivery to a private address: Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the order value. Shipments will be sent with shipping charges payable by the recipient.

Distributor prices are EXW (Ex Works). Transport conditions for distributors are agreed individually.

Important exceptions

Free shipping does not apply to salon equipment.

Salon equipment is imported upon order. Delivery time is up to 30 business days and begins after the order agreement has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Transport costs for salon equipment are quoted separately.

Delivery time

  • In-stock products: 1–3 business days within Bulgaria.
  • Salon equipment: Up to 30 business days.

Viva Cosmetics LTD is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

Payment

Payment can be made online by credit/debit card or by cash on delivery.

Cash on delivery is available for orders over €10.

Order confirmation

Where necessary, orders are confirmed by phone or message.

Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled and will not be processed or shipped.

Delivery and responsibility

The customer is deemed to have accepted the shipment after paying for the order and signing the delivery documents.

If a shipment contains missing or incorrectly delivered products, the customer has the right to refuse acceptance upon delivery.

Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless the product is defective or does not conform to the order.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

General terms

Viva Cosmetics LTD reserves the right to refuse future sales to customers who have previously placed orders and failed to collect or accept them without justified reason.
