## Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within **14 days** from the date of delivery.

### Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must not show signs of wear, use, or damage.

Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been opened or tested.
- Products damaged due to improper use or storage.
- Personal care products where the packaging seal is broken (for hygiene reasons).

### Return Procedure
1. Contact us via phone or Instagram before sending the product.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.
3. We will confirm the return instructions and return address.

### Return Delivery Cost
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- If the item is defective or received incorrectly, **we cover the return shipping cost**.

### Refund Method
After the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within **3-7 business days**.
