## Warranty Policy

### Professional Machines & Tools (Clippers, Trimmers, Shavers, Hair Dryers)
All electrical barber and salon tools are covered by a **12-month manufacturer warranty**.

The warranty covers:
- Internal technical manufacturing defects.

The warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage caused by dropping or impact
- Moisture / water damage
- Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or handling
- Wear and tear of blades, batteries, or accessories over time

If the product requires warranty service:
1. Contact us with a short video showing the issue.
2. Provide your order number and date of purchase.
3. We will arrange repair, replacement, or factory service depending on the diagnosis.

### Cosmetic & Personal Care Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, **cosmetic products are not covered by warranty** after they are opened or used.

Unopened cosmetic products may be returned within **14 days** of delivery, following our Return Policy.
