Art Studio T66860 combines a 28-tooth blade with a cutting blade. Its 6-inch length, symmetric plastic handles and V-shaped tooth tips identify this single-sided thinning model. Do not confuse it with the Double T66960 scissors, which have teeth on both arms.

The source lists 20–30% removal and an adjustable tension screw. The material is stainless alloy with 51 HRC ±1 hardness, and the stated origin is China. These are model specifications for comparison, not an assurance that every pass will remove the same proportion of every hair section.
