It is intended for the metal working areas of hairdressing scissors and clipper blades. The narrow brush helps reach the spaces between blade teeth and the area around the fastening bolt of scissors, where fine hair and dirt can collect during use. This is a tool-maintenance accessory, not a hair or skin treatment.

Applying the lubricant

The supplier describes a simple application method: gently twist the body of the pen to bring lubricant to the brush, then move the brush over the appropriate metal area of the tool. The brushing action assists detailed cleaning while applying lubricant. The source notes that application may be repeated on the same tool when needed; no fixed number of turns, dose or maintenance interval is specified for this listing.

Follow the instructions supplied with the applicator and the tool being maintained. Switch off and disconnect electrical equipment before maintenance, and keep liquid away from the motor, electrical components and housing. Do not treat this pen as a substitute for the cleaning procedure recommended for a particular clipper or pair of scissors.

Package and selection

The listing is for one OIL PEN applicator with a stated volume of 4 ml. There are no selectable colours, sizes or multiple-pack options for this item. Hairdressing scissors, clippers and replacement blades are not included. Use reference Y449 to identify this small applicator rather than a separate bottle of clipper oil or a blade-cleaning bath.

Product details

Product details identify the reference, volume and maintenance format of this single applicator.

Brand

ARTERO

Reference

Y449

Volume

4 ml

Format

Lubricant brush applicator

Intended tools

Clipper blades and hairdressing scissors

Package

One OIL PEN applicator; tools not included
